Dominion AI

About Dominion AI

You’re hiring a person, not a platform.

I’m James Green, and Dominion AI is my advisory practice. It exists because every owner I sat down with over months of research was stuck at the same spot, the first five hours, and because most of what gets sold as “AI help” turns out to be either a software pitch or a subscription to someone else’s dependence.

Advisor in front  ·  Agents in the back  ·  Never left dependent

The founding observation

Everybody is uncomfortable with what they don’t know.

Before I built any of this, I spent months having long lunches with owners: construction, clinics, law firms, wealth advisors. None of them needed convincing about AI. Not one skeptic in the bunch. Every single one was blocked at the same place: where do I start, and what don’t I know that could hurt me?

The fix was just as consistent. A couple of baby steps with someone patient, and the reaction was almost word for word every time: oh, that’s actually easy. I know more than I realized.

That’s what I sell. Not education. Momentum, with someone who has already made the mistakes standing next to you.

How I’m built (the honest architecture)

In an advisory relationship: me in the front, agents in the back, and you always know which is which.

I run every relationship personally: the sessions, the decisions, the judgment calls. Behind me runs an agent factory, AI systems that interview workforces, draft Leverage Maps, answer client questions at 9pm, and build the workflows clients approve.

Two rules keep that honest. When it’s an AI, it says so, first thing. And inside A1 through A4, the agents work for you through me; they are never the relationship itself. If you want copy-paste automation with your name mail-merged in, there are cheaper options everywhere, and you should take one of them.

The AI Leverage X-Ray is intentionally different: it is a product, not an advisory relationship. The AI openly conducts the interview and demonstrates the capability; Dominion reviews the final delivery. Nobody is told that I personally conducted the call or supplied judgment I did not provide.

The factory isn’t a secret. It’s the proof. The systems running my practice are working demonstrations of what I help clients install.

The boundary (why I don’t implement)

I make sure it gets built. I don’t hold the keyboard.

Advisory, architecture, direction, decisions: that’s me. The hands-on building routes to your operator (trained as it’s built), to my vetted bench (billed transparently), or to my agents. Every delivered system comes with a ten-minute video and a written doc.

The strictness has a reason. Dependency is the business model of every agency that ever burned you, and my practice is built on the opposite bet: if I did my job, you don’t need me, and you keep working with me anyway because the map always has a next opportunity on it.

Dominion AI, the entity

Dominion AI is a dba of Dominion Equity Holdings. I also run the AI Validation Lab at lab.dominionequity.com, a standing experiment where AI offers earn their way onto a real shelf with my own ad money. Winners graduate to products. Losers get retired in public. It keeps me honest about what actually works.

Meet me the useful way.

The audit is two weeks, fixed price, and guaranteed. Its net unrefunded fee credits to the Sprint when its agreement is signed and its first invoice or pay-in-full balance is paid within 30 days of readout. It’s also the most accurate preview of what working with me is like, because it is what working with me is like.
