Who we are

This website, ai.dominionequity.com (the “Site”), is operated by Dominion AI, a dba of Dominion Equity Holdings (“Dominion AI,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The Site is informational

The Site describes our advisory services and lets you book or purchase them. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or tax advice, and descriptions of services on the Site do not by themselves create an engagement.

Advisory services are contracted separately

Advisory engagements, including the AI Leverage Audit, the 90-Day AI Operating Sprint, the AI Advisor Retainer, and the Executive AI Partner, are booked through the Site but contracted off-site under separate signed agreements. The scope, fees, confidentiality obligations, and guarantees of each engagement are governed by that agreement, which controls over anything on the Site.

The AI Leverage X-Ray

The AI Leverage X-Ray is sold by self-checkout on the Site. X-Ray purchases are governed by the Checkout Terms and the AI-call and transcription authorization presented at checkout. Eligibility is validated before payment is taken, and guarantees and refunds for the X-Ray are as stated in the Checkout Terms. Raw call audio and full transcripts are deleted within 30 days, as described in the Checkout Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; the descriptor on your statement is DOMINION AI. We never store card numbers.

Guarantees

Guarantees described on the Site, including the 10× Map Guarantee, the 10× Decision-Grade Guarantee, the Live in 90 or I work free guarantee, and the first-30-days provision, are honored per the applicable engagement agreement or, for the X-Ray, the Checkout Terms. If the Site’s description of a guarantee differs from the signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or the systems that serve it;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or data;
• misrepresent your identity or eligibility when booking or purchasing.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the Site or any purchase made through it is limited to the amounts you actually paid, refundable as described in the applicable engagement agreement or Checkout Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are tracked via the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The version posted when you use the Site is the version that applies.
