Dominion AI

The Executive AI Partner

Five seats, ever.

A standing AI partner for the leader who wants this handled, both for the company and for themselves. The closest model is concierge medicine: a retainer that buys the person, the priority, and the peace of mind.

The mental model

You already pay for this. Just not for AI.

Most of the leaders I work with keep a short list of standing relationships: the concierge physician, the personal counsel, the wealth advisor who calls them first. Not because they couldn’t book appointments like everyone else, but because their time and their downside risk are worth more than the retainer costs.

The Executive AI Partner is that same relationship, pointed at the technology that will define the next decade of your business. It exists for the leader who wants the company’s ceiling watched as closely as its costs.

What’s inside

01

Everything in the Sprint and Retainer, as a standing service.

Working sessions, async access, the Support Line, the full Leverage Library, implementation routing. Always on, nothing to re-engage. At this tier, the Library’s paths are curated custom for your company.

02

A quarterly on-site strategy day.

Your office, your leadership, the whole map on the table, and one standing agenda item: the next bet, dollarized. We conceive, advance, or kill one capacity move in your own numbers, and “no credible bet this quarter” is a legitimate outcome.

03

Priority on everything.

Front of the bench queue, first call when a new capability ships, board and leadership briefings when you ask.

04

A managed agent, built for you.

My factory stands up a personal agent in about a day. It interviews you by phone, proposes exactly what it will handle, and waits for your approval on every capability. Each integration is scoped so your agent can only ever see your accounts. This is an $8,500 setup on its own; it’s included in your first quarter.

The honest economics

$10,000 a month. Quarterly commitment. Five seats.

$10,000 A month · Quarterly commitment · Five seats

The seat count is a real constraint. This tier gets hours from me that don’t scale, so the roster stays capped where the service stays excellent. When five seats are filled, the list is closed.

First 30 days

If it isn’t obviously worth it, I refund month one in full and we part friends.

Who gets an invitation

Current and former Sprint clients, referrals from existing partners, and occasionally a leader whose situation makes the fit obvious. The application is short. The conversation is the real filter, in both directions.

Five seats, ever.
