The 90-Day AI Operating Sprint

Twelve weeks from now, you’ll have an AI system in production and someone on your team who can run it.

We take one rock from your Leverage Map and install it: working sessions every two weeks, implementation by your operator or my bench or my agents, and a guarantee that it’s live in 90 days or I keep working for free.

One rock  ·  Live in 90 or I work free  ·  Four slots at a time

The promise, unpacked

The deliverable is an installed system, not a report.

At the end of the Sprint you have a working AI system in production, generating value you can measure against the number on your Leverage Map, with the capability sitting on your own payroll.

  • In production means real work is flowing through it, not a prototype in a slide deck.
  • Measurable because we picked the rock for its dollar figure in the first place.
  • Runnable by your team because the person you designate learns every piece as it gets built.

How it works

The operating cadence

Week 1

Kickoff.

We lock the roadmap from your Leverage Map and pick one rock. One. The pick comes straight off the Leverage Graph: the rock whose payoff you can already state in dollars, one step toward the top-right destination your map named. Sometimes that’s a margin move, because you want proof on the board before you bet bigger. Sometimes it’s the capacity move directly, because your number is already real to you. Either way, a single installed system beats five started ones, and every owner I’ve worked with already knows they’re scattered.

The Leverage Graph A two-axis figure. The horizontal axis is how hard it is; the vertical axis is how much it changes what the business can do. Three zones step upward from bottom-left to top-right: personal leverage, margin moves, and capacity moves. HOW HARD IT IS HOW MUCH IT CHANGES WHAT THE BUSINESS CAN DO PERSONAL LEVERAGE Changes your week, not your company. MARGIN MOVES What you already do, cheaper. Capped by your own costs. CAPACITY MOVES What you couldn’t do before. Capped by the market.
The Leverage Graph
Every two weeks

A working session (60 to 90 minutes, in person or Zoom).

Decisions, unblocks, over-the-shoulder walkthroughs. You can ask me the same question five times; patience is part of what you’re paying for. Every session ends with named homework from your path in the Leverage Library, and on the next call you’ll tell me whether you did it. One client told me that knowing the call was coming was the only reason the work got done. He wasn’t complaining.

Between sessions

You’re not stuck.

  • Async access to me by email or text, with a business-day response.
  • The Agent Support Line: an AI that knows your entire engagement history and answers by call or text at any hour. It always identifies itself as an AI. It exists so you can get unstuck at 9pm without anyone pretending a human is awake.
Who does the building?

Three routes, chosen per project:

  1. Your operator. Your designated person builds under my direction. They watch me, then I watch them, and the skill stays on your payroll.
  2. My bench. Vetted builders execute what I scope. Billed pass-through with a margin I disclose up front.
  3. My agent factory. For workflows agents can carry, my systems do the building.

Every build ships with the same handoff: a ten-minute video walkthrough plus a written doc. Whenever anyone asks “how does this thing work,” the answer is already on file.

What’s included

The stack

  • Seven working sessions (kickoff plus six biweekly)
  • Async access throughout
  • The Agent Support Line
  • The Leverage Library: nine outcome-named Leverage Paths and my working kits, with a seat for you and one for your operator, every item one 30-to-60-minute sitting that ends with something to bring to our next session
  • The Compliance Talk Track for regulated businesses: client-disclosure language and a what’s-safe brief for your industry, delivered as the AI Governance Starter Pack in the Leverage Library plus the Regulated Firm Pack path
  • The video-and-doc handoff on every system, and a final-session roadmap for what comes next

Pricing

Priced against your map, not hours.

$4,500 Per month · 3 months
$12,500 Paid in full

The net unrefunded AI Leverage Audit fee credits against the Sprint when the Sprint agreement is signed and its first invoice or pay-in-full balance is paid within 30 days of the Audit readout. An earlier X-Ray payment counts only as part of that A1 fee; it does not create a separate direct Sprint credit.

I never quote hours, because you aren’t buying hours. I quote against the biggest defensible number in your own Leverage Map: the Floor for the conservative case (the savings pay for it) and the Ceiling for the reason you’re doing this at all. The floor comparisons are easy: the $3,200-a-month agency retainer that produced nothing, the VA stack nobody manages, the six-figure salary spent partly on $20-an-hour tasks. The ceiling is your number, not mine. It’s whatever your map says you’re not capturing: the winnable work you missed, declined, or lost last quarter.

Live in 90 or I work free

Show up to the sessions and have your operator do the homework. If there’s no working system in production by day 90, I keep working at no charge until there is.

Capacity, honestly: I run four Sprints at a time. When the slots are full you’re booking the next cohort. That’s a calendar constraint, not a marketing device.

“What happens if you get hit by a bus?”

Independent, not abandoned.

Fair question. Everyone has a story about a consultant who became a single point of failure.

Here’s the design: your operator can run everything, every system has its video and its doc, and you own all of it. If I vanished tomorrow, nothing in your business stops working. Most clients keep working with me anyway, because AI keeps moving and the Leverage Map always has a next item on it. That’s the Retainer, below. People stay because they want to, which is the only kind of retention I trust.

Step three

The next rock, every quarter.

Sprint graduates can continue month to month at $2,500 a month: a monthly working session, async access, the Agent Support Line, the full Leverage Library, and a quarterly re-rank of your Leverage Map, fed monthly by the Opportunity Scout (the 30-minute ritual that brings a dollarized candidate for the next rock to each session). There’s always a next opportunity queued up, and the advisor looking at it already knows your whole system.

When growth moves your bottleneck, the next rock is waiting. And when the next constraint isn’t an AI problem (crews, bonding, working capital), I’ll say so and tell you who you actually need.

Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Available only to Sprint graduates.

The Sprint starts with the map.

Every Sprint begins with the AI Leverage Audit. Two weeks and guaranteed, with the net unrefunded fee credited when the Sprint agreement is signed and its first invoice or pay-in-full balance is paid within 30 days of readout.
